The path that leads to your well-being is created or carved out solely by you consciously or unconsciously. Everyone wants to stay alive and strong not just to merely exist on the surface of the earth as an entity. In staying alive, some sacrifices or adjustments need to be made in some areas including your work, food, love life, family, lifestyle etc.

What is Stress?...according to medlineplus, stress is a feeling of emotional or physical tension resulting from any event or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry or nervous.
When you are stressed, your nervous system springs into action preparing to fight or to run then your heart speeds up(fast breathing),muscles tense and you start sweating because anxiety hormones have been released.

Causes of stress;
- Work stress;this is when you are unhappy in your job,having too much load, sitting for long hours on end, poor management,being under pressure etc
- Life stress; this involves the death of loved one, divorce, moving into a new home,loss of job, getting married, court cases,times of uncertainty etc
- Peer group stress ; this includes being under pressure amongst your peer,facing big changes, worrying about something, overwhelming responsibility,not having control over a situation.
- Personal stress ;in this case,money seems to be the only factor. Without money in your pocket, you become poor and you start incuring some debts , before you know it you'll start getting worried over what the next hour holds for you then depression sets in and thoughts of committing suicide crowns it all.
Do not allow stress to take away the joy of the Easter celebration from you.
Stress is a silent killer and often overlooked by people because it does not kill instantly but wears and tears out the internal organs especially the heart overtime. Sometimes it appears on our faces as a painless acne, especially to the women.
