Heart Attacks:
A heart attack is one of the medical emergencies around the world which usually occur when a blood clot blocks blood flow to the heart. Without blood, tissues lose oxygen and die.
However, drinking warm water after each meal is a very good way to help your heart and aiding quicker digestion. It's not just about drinking the warm water after your meal that matters, it's because it prevents Heart Attacks.

The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals, not cold water and I think it's time we adopt their drinking habit while eating because it is very harmful to have a cold drink or water during a meal. After all, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed and slow down digestion.
Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food then form lines on the intestine as it turns into fats which can lead to the risk of cancer.
It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal to help dissolve those fats and just drinking one glass of warm water when you are about to go to bed helps to avoid clotting of the blood at night and avert heart attacks or strokes.
You should know by now that French fries and Burgers are the greatest enemies of heart health and taking a bottle of coke or any other carbonated drink after that gives more power to this demon. If you can, please, avoid them for your Heart & Health.
