More so, through all the vehicle emissions you breathe, GMO's (Genetically Modified Organisms) that you eat, and chemicals that penetrate your body through the use of shampoo and skincare products, if you are feeling okay, it means you are very okay.

1. Taking the stairs;

Psychological health has got nothing to do with being super optimistic round the clock or When you experience a range of emotions from sadness to excitement and vice versa. All scientists concur that being angry, sad, annoyed, or depressed from time to time is normal because the ability to have all these emotions is a sign of good psychological health as none of these emotions are constant. It only becomes a concern when constant.

3.Fall asleep;

You would agree with me that there are difficult days when you fall asleep in a matter of seconds once your head hits the pillow after a long hard day at work or taking care of your child which can be very exhausting, this is perfectly normal as long as it doesn't happen every day. According to scientists, falling asleep instantly even on a normal day could be a result of an underlying issue because the normal process to fall asleep takes between 10-20 minutes after your head hits the pillow which is known as the calm and slow process.

4. No alarm;

We are not talking about the days when you have to get up at 6 a.m. because of tight schedules or an early morning meeting but when you have a relaxed schedule and don't need to get up at a certain time but you still manage to get up pretty early without an alarm and feel so good about it means you are very healthy.

5. Energy;

You are perfectly healthy when you can carry out the normal cycle of "sleep- food- work- sleep" successfully and still have enough energy to do the things you love to do such as playing with your child, exercising, meeting with a friend, or spending time with your family.

Sleep well
Eat moderately and 
Move about during the day.

6. Hungry;

If you don't eat out of boredom and you are not psychologically addicted to food or have a timetable for meals but eat only when you are hungry and never eat too much, then you are perfectly healthy in this respect and have a healthy system.

7. Healthy diet;

Whosoever that coined, "Variety is the spice of life" wasn't far from the truth as you are assumed to have a healthy diet only when you eat tasty and different kinds of foods, fruits, meats, and vegetables without limiting your diet to chicken breasts and rice alone or fruits alone and you don't eat too many sweetened foods that are bad for your health.

8. Vital foods;

There is no universal formula that can be used to calculate how many calories or vitamins you need, it's an individual thing. Everyone has their food desires and eats as much as their body requires of some essential foods. You can only eat very little or a lot more than other people, it doesn't matter, and you are still normal and perfectly healthy. The most important thing is to listen to your body and try to understand what it wants or doesn't want at a particular time.

You are completely healthy, strong, and normal when your heart tells you so or when you feel so. There's no other way to verify your fitness except through these little natural testings and medical examinations or diagnoses.
